SHIPPING
3-5 days for Metro Manila, 7-10 days for Provincial, and 7-14 days for International Delivery. We use GOGOEXPRESS for all orders nationwide and DHL for international orders.
RUSH ORDERS
We can accommodate orders for same day delivery in Metro Manila for items in stock. Kindly send us a message on our Instagram account for inquiries.
RETURNS
The item(s) must be in original condition with the original packaging and all tags attached. Any garments that appear to have been worn, washed, or altered in any way will be refused. Please take care when trying on garments, as we cannot accept garments that have incurred any makeup stains or the smell of your perfume. Returns must be requested within 3 days of receiving your item and returned to us within 10 days. Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed.
REFUNDS
We do not accept refunds. Before sending out your packages, we make sure the item is not faulty. For items that do not fit you well, you may (1) exchange this for a different size (subject to availability), (2) avail of our alterations service (complete details below), or (3) convert the amount you paid into store credit (valid for 1 year).
CANCELLATION POLICY
No cancellations or changes can be made once an order has been placed.
COST OF RETURNS
The return shipping cost is to be covered by the customer. This cost will not be reimbursed from Capsule Culture. We recommend sending with a postal service with tracking to avoid any issues. We can also arrange the service for you upon request. Make sure to send the item to the correct address we will provide you. We will not be held liable for any item(s) returned to a wrong address or not received via post.
ALTERATION SERVICE
If the item you ordered is too big and it is already in the smallest size we offer, you have the option to have it altered by Capsule Culture for a fee. If the item you ordered is too small and it is already in the largest size we offer, this can no longer be altered but you may place an order for a custom size (details below). Alteration fee will depend on the item to be altered. You may send us an email at [email protected] or a direct message on our Instagram account to inquire on this fee. Shipping will be shouldered by the customer.
CUSTOM SIZING
If we do not offer your size or you wish to have our pieces tailored to your measurements, we can create a custom piece for you for an additional fee. You may send us an email at [email protected] or a direct message on our Instagram @capsuleculture___ for inquiries.
